The Hero's Journey - The Path To Awakening

The Hero's Journey is the archetypal story pattern referred to in both ancient myth and modern day adventures. It is often mirrored in our Path to Awakening and has also been referred to as "A Roadmap to Healing our Trauma".

The concept of the Hero's Journey was described by mythologist Joseph Campbell in his book The Hero with a Thousand Faces and is a structure used in many movies today in which they show the life path of their hero
through the trials and tribulations of life.

I've found that when we can recognise where we are ourselves in this archetypal template at any given point, then it serves to prepare us to successfully navigate ourselves through to the next level, ensuring our continued growth on our individual Path to Awakening, or Enlightenment.

In this class I'll be sharing my own experience of navigating the individual stages along this path, with a view to helping you to identify these stages of your own life experiences. Thereby giving you clarity and understanding of why things have been the way they have for you in your life.
(At the same time empowering you to continue moving forwards on your own path).

My favourite part (of course!) is The Freedom to Live!

Classically it is said that "The hero brings their knowledge or the “elixir” back to the ordinary world" To me, this represents the discovery of our Soul Purpose and how we may begin to share our gifts and talents with the world which ultimately I believe is what we came here to do and to "be of service" in this way.
