So I created Sanctuary for them. And now it's here for you too.

For nearly 30 years I’ve worked with women who already know something is true about themselves — but haven’t fully stepped into it yet.

They’ve done the work. They’ve had the insights, the breakthroughs, the moments of clarity. And yet something still isn’t landing. There’s a gap between what they know and how they actually live — and that gap is what they bring to me.

My work sits at the intersection of consciousness, energy, and lived reality. I work with the psychic and multidimensional aspects of who we are — not as abstract concepts but as the actual fabric of daily life. I’ve spent decades studying, practicing, and living this — and what I bring isn’t just knowledge. It’s embodied knowing. There’s a difference.

I trained in hypnotherapy to understand how the mind is programmed and conditioned — because I kept seeing women who were spiritually aware but still locked inside patterns and beliefs that were quietly running their lives. Understanding how we get conditioned — and how we get free — became as important to me as understanding consciousness itself.

What I actually do is help women remember who they are and what they’re here for.

Not as a concept. As a lived reality.

I see what women can’t yet see in themselves. I notice where awareness is being misplaced, where old conditioning is being mistaken for truth, where the soul is calling and the mind is finding reasons to wait. I don’t fix, rescue, or bypass. I reflect, I tell the truth, and I walk alongside women as they find their way back to themselves.

My perspective comes from a life that has been both ordinary and extraordinary. Wife, mother, grandmother. Someone who has lived across cultures, navigated the full range of human experience, and spent nearly three decades sitting with women in their most honest moments.
