That might sound easy, but upon arrival here on this earth plane we experience amnesia - a type of mind wiping - which can keep us stuck in looping patterns of disempowerment and confusion, and that makes it very difficult to remember that we are so much more than just this physical body here having a human experience. 

This is why we are often left with questions like:  Who am I really? Why am I here? What's this all about?

and this is why at a certain point, when we begin to "wake up", we begin to search for a deeper meaning or a bigger purpose to life.  Alternatively we come upon a deep knowing that we were meant for something greater... 
and then we begin to search for real answers.

Recognise what is actually true for you and what are the limiting programmes shaping your reality;
Identify where you may still be outsourcing your knowing or giving your power away;

And most importantly, reconnect with your own inner authority (your own knowing and lived truth) so that it can be fully embodied and grounded in a practical way that makes sense in the real world.

You begin to trust your own knowing enough to act on it.
