With over 25 years experience as a healer and teacher of transformation, Karen has a vast array of tools and techniques that she can use in a healing session to help you get the outcome that you're searching for.

Some people prefer to "go with whatever comes up" in a healing session trusting that Karen will be intuitively guided to choose the most powerful and appropriate way of working with you in that moment.  These sessions often include a blend of different ways of working and they are very interactive between you and Karen.

However other people prefer to "choose" the type of session that they want to experience.
